X-Men Apocalypse Release Date, Cast, News, Rumors, Spoilers and More: Tom Hardy is now part of the 'X-Men: Apocalypse' movie

We have awesome news for fans of X-Men: Apocalypse comics and are looking forward to seeing it in theatres soon. It seems that Tom Hardy had just been called to play the role of Apocalypse in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse movie. Can you imagine anyone else more fitting for the part? We don't think so.

Christian Today had posted that Tom Hardy had apparently won over both Marvel and DC as he is apparently being linked to various superhero movies that are soon to be out in theatres. Aside from X-Men Apocalypse, he is also rumored to be playing in 'Doctor Strange' of Marvel and DC's 'Suicide Squad'. If rumors are true, Hardy will be playing 'X-Men: Apocalypse' character, or antagonist for a better word, which is a mega mutant. Apocalypse is an Egyptian mutant which is known as 'The First One' in the Marvel Universe. He is the first mutant to have walked on Earth and is an enemy of Pharaoh Rama-Tut.

Based on some X-Men Apocalypse news, the team will be time travelling to which they will encounter Apocalypse who will become their enemy, most especially of Jean Grey and Cyclops. With Apocalypse claiming himself as god and using his powers to control people, we can pretty much guess why he got to the team's wrong side. Are you excited to see Tom Hardy as one of the villains of this upcoming movie?
