Metal Gear Solid 5-the Phantom Pain Release Date News and Updates: New Game Engine to Provide the Graphics Worthy of the Last Metal Gear Solid Installment in the Franchise 

This is an upcoming video game developed by Kojima Productions and published by Konami. The Phantom Pain is an addition to the installment of the Metal Gear Solid series and marks the last of the Metal Gear Solid franchise. The game written, directed and designed by Hideo Kojima is developed to run on Fox Engine thus allowing it greater graphics than ever before. The game is currently being developed for Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and recently confirmed Microsoft Windows. This stealth action video game is scheduled to be released on the first quarter of the year 2015 and will be distributed through both optical discs and downloading.

This game has its events set immediately after those of its earlier predecessor Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zero. It is through the eyes of venom snack, the protagonist, that we are introduced to this open world gameplay structure. We pick up from the last point of the previous game where the big boss falls into a coma. He then wakes up eventually and realizes that his left arm was replaced by a hook. Of course he is not so happy about this until he is finally told what transpired that led to his losing his arm. It here that the big boss meets a new face and addition to the game called Ishmael with whom the quickly became acquaintances.

The new engine used for the game gives the game great graphics that are expected to take the gaming world by storm and of course a great storyline. One thing about these developers is that they have never at any time let their fans down as the previous games have been worthwhile and we expect even better results from their upcoming work of art that is the Phantom Pain. Since this marks the end of the Metal Gear Solid franchise gamers and fans expect it to go out with a bang.
