Gerald Crabb to Undergo Heart Surgery

Prayers are appreciated for Daywind staff songwriter, Gerald Crabb. He was admitted into the hospital last night with chest pains on July 28th. Due to several blockages, by-pass surgery will be required. Please be in prayer for him as he faces this surgery and several weeks recovery to follow.
Gerald Crabb is the writer of Soutern Gospel classics such as "Through the Fire," "Please Forgive Me," and "Sometimes I Cry." His son Jason Crabb writes, "Please pray for my father, Gerald Crabb. He was admitted into the hospital last night with chest pains. They've found three blockages and by-pass surgery will be required. I know you all will pray for him! Thank you so much."
Similiarly, Brian Free and Assurance encourages: "Please join us in praying for our dear friend Gerald Crabb. He is having triple bypass heart surgery. Check his Facebook page for details. We love Gerald and we know God has him in the palm of his hand."
