"People Like Us" From Micah Tyler Is Out Now, Featuring Emerson Day

Chart-topping artist and songwriter Micah Tyler releases a new version of "People Like Us," the title track of his latest project with Fair Trade Services. Featuring Emerson Day, the song is headed to radio and is available on all DSPs. Listen to the song HERE.
The acclaimed singer-songwriter shares, "Romans 5:8 says this: 'God shows His love for us that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.' I have to remember this daily, regardless of where I'm at in this journey."
Tyler adds, "No matter where my heart is, God's full and complete love is for people just like me and just like you because God absolutely loves 'PEOPLE LIKE US'."
Sharing the song live night after night while on tour with MercyMe last year, Tyler was also able to share "People Like Us" during his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry this past summer, receiving a standing ovation from the audience.
The release of "People Like Us" follows his back-to-back No. 1 hits, "I See Grace" and "Praise The Lord," both from his six-song EP that was released last spring. "I See Grace" held the top spot on the Billboard National Christian Audience chart for five weeks and his 7th No. 1, "Praise The Lord," topped the Billboard/Mediabase chart.

Tyler is also happy to help introduce Fair Trade Services' new artist, Emerson Day. "When I was asked to be featured on this song, I was so excited and so humbled and honored to be a part of the message that it shares. It does not matter where we are or what we are going through in our lives - God's love for us never changes."
