Ella Langley Opens Up About Mental Health Struggles: “God Has Chosen You”

Rising country music sensation Ella Langley is speaking out with vulnerability and strength about her ongoing mental health battles-reminding fans that even in seasons of great success, internal struggles can persist.
Fresh off her incredible night at the 2025 ACM Awards, where she took home five major honors including New Female Artist of the Year, Langley revealed that the week of her professional triumph was "one of the toughest mental health weeks I've had in a long time."
In a series of heartfelt interviews and social media posts, Langley opened up about battling imposter syndrome, emotional exhaustion, and a personal history of mental illness. "It's the disease of my family," she shared. "Sometimes your mind tells you lies-even when you're living your dreams."
Despite the challenges, Langley is finding strength in her faith, telling fans, "God has chosen you." She credits recent months of spiritual growth and reliance on God as key to finding peace amid pressure. "I've learned it's okay to be both grateful and struggling. God meets us in both places."
Langley hopes her story will encourage others-especially those walking through similar emotional valleys-to be honest, seek help, and lean into faith. "You're not alone. You can be two things: successful and hurting, seen and healing."
As her career continues to skyrocket, Langley remains committed to transparency, gratitude, and giving voice to mental health conversations within the country music world.
