Lauren Daigle to Perform at U.S. Capitol for Independence Day Celebration

Two-time Grammy Award-winning artist Lauren Daigle will take center stage at this year's A Capitol Fourth, America's national Independence Day celebration, broadcast live from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol on Friday, July 4, 2025.
Marking its 45th anniversary, A Capitol Fourth continues its tradition of uniting Americans through music, patriotism, and the spirit of freedom. Hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro, this beloved PBS special will air from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET, with a repeat presentation immediately following. The program will also stream live on YouTube and at PBS.org.
Daigle joins a star-studded lineup that includes legendary acts The Beach Boys, The Temptations, Josh Turner, Trombone Shorty, Yolanda Adams, LOCASH, and Abi Carter, the winner of American Idol Season 22. These celebrated performers will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of maestro Jack Everly.
Known for her powerful voice and uplifting messages, Lauren Daigle has become one of the most influential artists in contemporary music. Her appearance on the nation's birthday adds a heartfelt and soulful touch to this year's celebration of freedom and unity.
The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display over the National Mall, lighting up the D.C. skyline in a dazzling tribute to America's 249th birthday.
