'The Voice' Season 7 NBC Coach Gwen Stefani Does ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with Blake Shelton Pouring! Watch Here (VIDEO) 

Everyone, I mean everyone has been participating in the ice bucket challenge. It might be gimmicky, but it sure it raising ALOT of money, millions of dollars for ALS research. Stars left and right are posting videos and one of the latest is new coach to "The Voice" this Fall, Gwen Stefani. 

NBC has posted a video of her doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge right on set outside of "The Voice" stage, and guess who does the pouring, none other then fellow coach, Blake Shelton. You can check out the video above and see who she challenges to participate next!

"The Voice" Season 7 premieres in a few months, but the new judges have already began taping the 'blind auditions'. Also, it has just been revealed that new coach/judge Gwen Stefani will be bringing her husband on the show to be her guest mentor during the 'battle rounds'. 

"I don't know how it came about, but it was just one of those things [where] the idea was mentioned - I wasn't even sure who was mentioning it - and then it came around to, 'So, next week you ready? You are gonna come and do this?" Gavin told Access Hollywood Liz Hernandez in a new interview about joining "The Voice".

Gwen bragged on her husband about stepping into the mentor role with the contestants. "He is super articulate and he has a really good opinion and he is smart and he's been doing a really good job," she said. "We both have, I think, a lot of experience in the sense that when you look back at all the shows and all the things we've done - and I mean, we all met like touring together and doing hundreds of shows - and it's so fun to be in the position to meet [all of the contestants]."

"The Voice" has been able to keep up the success of the show through judging changes over the years with Shakira filling in two seasons for Christina Aguilera and Usher filling in for Ceelo. The judges chemistry is a big part of the success of the NBC reality show.
