'Orange Is The New Black Season 3' News and Cast Update: New Characters and New Complications - Marsha Stephanie Blake Joins the Cast 

Orange is the New Black is really trending and is catching the attention of the public. Yes, the show's storyline is unique and provocative, but the lives of the actresses and the people behind OITNB are making waves of their own.

It has recently been reported that Lauren Morelli, the show's writer, recently found out that she's gay, divorced her husband and is now dating one of the stars in the show, Samira Wiley. Morelli said that it was while she was writing the script for the show that she realized her true sexuality.

In the latest update for the series Orange is the New Black, Marsha Stephanie Blake will join the cast in the show's upcoming season. She will play the role of Berdie Rogers. There's not much detail about her character only that she's going to be a new correction officer or CO. It was rumored that her character is going to replace Pornstache in the series.

Blake is not the only new cast in Orange is the New Black Season 3 - Mary Steenburgen, Blair Brown, and Mike Birbiglia are joining in the fun too.

According to Jenji Kohan, Orange is the New Black showrunner, Season 3  will have a central theme - faith.

Orange is the New Black Season 3 is rumored to have some "spicy hot" sex scenes between Piper Chapman and Alex Voss.

Taryn Manning gave some spoilers for Orange is the New Black Season 3, and he said, "There will be more surprises and moments coming where you're like, 'I love Pennsatucky!' And then moments where you're like, 'I want to kill her."
