Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Reveals, Rumors and Updates: Althea and Benzino Breakup Rumors Shot Down while Althea Distances Herself from Scandal
According to the latest rumors from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, the drama seems to be focused on Althea and Benzino and their relationship which is said to be on the rocks. Apparently, they have broken up because of some Instagram posts. Benzino is said to have had an affair with a new member of the cast for Real Housewives of Atlanta, Claudia Jordan. Althea also took to Twitter and shared a few messages that her followers interpreted as a breakup. She mentioned the word 'single' which the fans took as a sign that she and her fiancé had broken up. However, Benzino was the one to clear the air posting that Althea was taking about the Baseball playoffs and not their relationship.
Althea also confirmed the posts sharing messages on Instagram in support of her man saying, "I cannot lose you, because if I ever did I'd have lost my best friend, my soul mate, my smile, my laugh, my everything." In other news it seems that Nikko and Mimi Faust are still in the popularity phase because of their sex tape scandal. Truth be told everyone is thinking the same thing that the tape was deliberately to generate fame for the two of them. After all, it is not exactly hurting them financially taking into account the $ 400,000 earnings they got during the first few days of its publicity.
In her defense, Mimi claimed "The decision I made to release the tape for money wasn't easy and till this day it doesn't sit well with me. I've learned my lesson!" she definitely dug in cover mode saying that it was funny to step outside of a relationship and see who exactly the other half is. Apparently she means to say that she was not a consenting adult in this situation which would be insulting the fans logic at best. Even though Nikko has not said much about the tape, he does not have to and Mimi going defensive does not exactly help her case that much now.
