'The Best of Me' Film Review - Another Work Of Genius From "Poet Laureate" Nicholas Sparks
Time to bring out the tissue box! The new movie of Nicolas Sparks entitled 'The Best of Me' may be considered as a breather from all the superhero, crime, possession and thriller films. It's time for moviegoers to remember the most important thing in life - love.
"The Best of Me" movie is based on a novel that Sparks wrote in 2011.The theme of the movie is 'love the second time around'. Is it going to work this time?
The movie is all about young couplets Dawson (Luke Bracey) and Amanda (Liana Liberato)) who fell in love at a very young age. But because of a tragic accident that led to the death of their common friend Tuck (Gerald McRaney), Amanda and Dawson decide to part ways and leave the town where they grew up in.
After twenty year and with all the changes that happened in their lives, Amanda (Michelle Monaghan) and Dawson (James Marsden) met again. Will Cupid perform his magic and make the two fall in love again and pick up where they left off?
But there is one problem. Amanda is now married to an alcoholic golf-addict Sebastian Arcelus (Frank Reynolds).
Michael Hoffman directs this new starry-eyed motion picture. Hoffman holds Sparks in the highest esteem, labelling the author as the 'poet laureate of the American love story'. He added that the storytelling technique of Sparks reveal the essence of people's actions in a straightforward manner.
Other stars in the film are Clarke Peters (Morgan Dupree) and Caroline Goodall (Evelyn). Talented Will Fetters and J. Mills Goodloe are the scriptwriters of 'The Best of Me' film; made available by Relativity Media. The head-in-the-clouds flick will be out on October 17, 2014.
And if you love romantic songs as well, you will fall in love with the films soundtrack with the same title, "The Best of Me." The soundtrack is under the country music genre and is produced by Relativity Media and EMI Nashville. Some of the talents that shared their lovely voices include Thomas Rhett, Lady Antebellum, Kip Moore, Hunter Hayes, Colbie Caillat and David Nail.
Fall in love with songs like "I Did with You, "Crossroads", "In Love Again "and a lot more.
