'Fury' Movie Releases October 17th Starring Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf, Watch Latest Trailer Here (VIDEO)
The upcoming American action-drama war movie Fury releases tomorrow, October 17th. They have released their latest trailer for the upcoming movie starring Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf. You can watch the new footage above.
Co-star Logan Lerman recently gave LaBeouf high praise for his work ethic on the film.
"Shia kind of set the bar for everybody else in a way," Logan said during an AOL BUILD event. "He was the most committed actor I've ever worked with. He was there at all times. There were moments when he didn't have to be on set. He was there every single day working harder than everyone else. His commitment kept everybody spirits up too. The fact that he was giving so much, we wanted to give as much as him."
The movie is based at the end of World War II and co-stars Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, Michael Pena, Jason Isaacs and Scott Eastwood. They have released the first featurette for the movie showing behind the scenes and the first look at the new film which is set to be released to theaters on November 14. You can watch the one and a half minute clip above.
Plot: The film is set during the last months of World War II in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened U.S. Army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank called "Fury" and its five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
Fury is directed and written by David Ayer. Shooting for the film began on September 30, 2013, in the Oxfordshire countryside. The Pinewood Studios sent warning letters to the villagers of Shirburn, Pyrton and Watlington that there would be some gunfire and explosions during the filming of Fury. The film will feature the last surviving operational Tiger I. The vehicle, known as Tiger 131, belongs to Bovington Tank Museum. It's the first time a real Tiger tank - and not a prop version - has been used on a film set.
Will you go see Fury when it releases to theaters on October 17th?
