The Collingsworth Family Releases Landmark DVD Project

StowTown Records is pleased to announce the brand new DVD release from The Collingsworth Family. That Day Is Coming released on Sept. 15 and is distributed worldwide by Sony/Provident Distribution.
The multi-award winning family group was thrilled to put together this very special project. It was recorded live in front of a sold-out audience at First Wesleyan Church in High Point, NC, with a live band and members of the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra."The That Day is Coming video was, by far, our most complex and challenging project to date. However, it is the one we are most happy with the end results," said Phil Collingsworth. "With great effort comes great satisfaction when you how the results of hundreds of hours of labor in your hands."
The Collingsworth Family performs all 13 powerful songs from their current StowTown album, including "That Day is Coming," "Ever Faithful" and "When He Carries Me Away."
"Having a full orchestra and band performing every song with you in front of a sold-out audience requires a great deal of prep-time and structuring. Then we spend time bathing it all with tons of prayer," added Phil. "The night went so incredibly smooth, and we attribute that to the many, many people all over the country who were watching via the livestream and praying for us right at the same time. We were able to capture the emotion of the room on film and add in so many great behind-the-scenes interviews, which made the songs literally come to life."In addition to album features, they also performed hits such as, "Show a Little Bit of Love and Kindness," "Keep On the Firing Line" and "Hallelujah Chorus."
"Of all the projects we've released in the 18 years we have been on the road, this one best portrays the heart of the Collingsworth Family and our passion for ministry!" Phil concluded. "We certainly hope you catch the glimpses of Jesus through the viewing of the DVD. It was our goal to lift Him up, so people would be drawn to The Master."
