Grey's Anatomy Season 11 Premiere Date Set; More News and Updates Awaits

Grey's Anatomy's season ender for season 10 was such a cliffhanger that fans just can't wait for season 11 to come. More news has been revealed for the plot story for season 11 and of course, this includes Margaret, Meredith's half sister, and Ellis Grey, Meredith's mom.

Now, for a recap; last season, Margaret revealed to Dr. Webber why she wanted to be Dr. Yang's replacement. This was when she revealed that she is Meredith's half sister from her mother. This also implies that she is Webber's daughter, a fact that Webber just realized during the conversation. She is the daughter that he just met, a daughter he shares with Ellis Grey. This sounds really weird whoever you ask in the planet. Not really how you would picture a reunion with a father you never met.

On the other hand, Meredith and McDreamy also had a pretty explosive fight during the ending of season 10, so everyone was left to wonder where that would lead during the season premiere.

Now, let's talk about season 11. It has been confirmed that Ellis Grey will return to Grey's Anatomy Season 11 episode 1 in a form of flashback. Not clear yet though on whether she will really be back. Hope she will though. The flashbacks will apparently shed light on Margaret's back story. Now, if you have been watching Grey's Anatomy, it has always been laid out that Ellis had a relationship with Webber that resulted to the disintegration of marriage of Meredith's parents. So, creator of Grey's, Shonda Rhimes, said that Margaret's character will have to be introduced sooner or later. And now, here it is.

Everyone is excited for sure so mark your calendars because Greys Anatomy Season 11 will premiere on September 25, Thursday 8|7c in ABC.
